Job summary

Maximus seeks a Senior Human Performance Advisor to serve as a principal technical expert supporting the POTFF program. This role delivers strategic guidance, oversight, and expertise to plan, develop, and synchronize HP services for SOF personnel and their families.

The ideal candidate has advanced degrees and extensive experience in performance science, with eligibility for U.S. security clearance and a willingness to work in a nationwide remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience consulting within designated function.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Develops solutions to highly complex problems requiring ingenuity and innovation.
• Current certifications/licensure as listed in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Function as enterprise-wide technical authority for the POTFF program at HQ USSOCOM.
• Assist the domain program oversight for Components, HQ, and TSOCs.
• Lead strategic planning, policy development, and data integration efforts for readiness.
• Direct and mentor a network of embedded health/performance professionals.
• Drive creation and dissemination of advanced training, research, and communications.
• Provide expert consultation to senior leaders across USSOCOM and the Department of War.
