Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant health science field.
• Certification as Athletic Trainer, CSCS, CSP, PT, CPS, or PD.
• Minimum five years of performance program experience with athletes or SOF.
• Experience designing training and nutrition programs with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the coordinating technical expert for HP programs where a HP Manager is not available.
• Plan, develop, and synchronize technical training and policy recommendations.
• Secure and enhance readiness of operators across operations.
• Oversee HP services, equipment management, data collection, and documentation.
