Ladders is seeking a Senior HSEQQ Manager to lead HSEQ across a portfolio of EPC/EPCM projects, with emphasis on construction-phase execution and standardization of practices. You will work with Project Directors, leadership teams, and contractors to strengthen site controls and drive safety performance while guiding proposals and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience supporting construction management delivery models where HSEQ performance is delivered through contractor execution.
• Working knowledge of construction-phase HSEQ controls, contractor management, incident investigation, assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a portfolio-wide HSEQ approach for consistent standards across all EPC/EPCM projects
• Serve as the primary HSEQ advisor to Project Directors and leadership teams
• Drive adoption of the company's HSEQ program at the project level
• Provide strategic HSEQ guidance during proposals and contract negotiations
• Establish standardized HSEQ execution plans across all project phases
• Align HSEQ expectations across contractors and third-party stakeholders
• Conduct site visits and assurance reviews to verify effective HSEQ controls
