• 10+ years of progressive on-site HSEQ leadership experience with EPC/EPCM exposure.
• Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.
• Experience supporting construction management delivery models where HSEQ performance is delivered through contractor execution.
• Working knowledge of construction-phase HSEQ controls, contractor management, incident investigation, assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior HSEQQ Manager - EPC/EPCM Projects to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will provide senior-level HSEQ leadership across a portfolio of EPC/EPCM projects, with a strong emphasis on construction-phase execution and consistency of standards. The position will partner closely with Project Directors, project leadership teams, contractors, and third-party stakeholders to strengthen site controls and drive performance. It is well suited to a seasoned HSEQ professional who can influence across complex project environments and support delivery through contractor execution.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $136,497 - $197,515 annually
