Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to support our Workday environment, with a focus on Time Tracking and Absence. You will work on system configuration, data maintenance, and processes to maintain data integrity, collaborating with IT and global HR to bridge business and technology.

You will act as a SME for HR team members, implement related processes, and ensure secure, accurate employee data across HR systems. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of HRIS experience, with advanced Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.
• Experience supporting a global organization with diverse legislative requirements.
• Strong understanding of SOX controls related to HRIS.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as internal super user of HR systems and provide guidance to HR teams.
• Configure Workday modules (Absence, Time Tracking) and security roles.
• Maintain data integrity and perform data audits across HR systems.
• Coordinate with IT on system projects and integrations.
• Develop and maintain procedural documentation and testing materials.
