RXO, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst, Time & Absence (Workday) to own and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence across the North American footprint. You’ll work with HR, Payroll, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, compliance, and efficient processes.

The role combines system configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience. On-site in Chicago with Friday work-from-home flexibility.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, or HR technology experience.
• Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Absence.
• Experience with Workday reporting, business process configuration, and security administration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence, including eligibility rules, accruals, schedules, calculations, and business processes.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing activities, and implementation projects.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration records, and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with U.S., Canada, and Mexico wage and employment requirements.
• Partner with Payroll to administer time-off plans, earnings code mappings, and payroll-related issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
