Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Workday specialist to support the implementation and configuration of Absence and Time Tracking across global projects. You will work with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday configurations.

The role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Absence and Time Tracking configurations, with an hourly W‑2 compensation in the US market.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking is preferred.
• Strong understanding of global time-tracking requirements and leave/absence policy design.

Requirements:

• $80-$85.36 per hour on W-2.
• Remote work arrangement within the United States.
• Potential opportunity for contract extension.
