Job summary

Schweiger seeks an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst with deep Workday expertise to support and optimize our global HR systems. This remote role partners with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years HRIS and 4+ years Workday administration, with strong skills across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Integrations, LMS, and reporting, plus experience building integrations with EIB, Core Connectors,

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of HRIS experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on Workday administration and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting, and LMS.
• Experience building integrations with EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Advanced reporting, calculated fields, and dashboards in Workday.
• Experience supporting Workday releases, testing, and deployments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday HCM expert for the organization.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, LMS).
• Design and test integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for HR analytics.
• Coordinate releases, testing, and deployment activities with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with policies.
