Job summary

Rehlko is seeking a Senior Workday Analyst to own the Workday Talent processes, lead the talent workstreams, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions. You will collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and IT to optimize talent management in Workday, maintain governance, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, computer science or equivalent.
• 3 years of Workday configuration experience.
• 5 years HRIS/IT experience with data, business process design and documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications: MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.

Responsibilities

• Workday Talent Process owner / Lead the workstream and responsible for all enhancements and cases.
• Workday Talent expertise on configuration for projects and/or business support.
• Partner with Talent leadership to develop and maintain effective talent processes in Workday.
• Build Roadmap for the talent space in Workday and support EVP strategy across HR.
• Facilitate and manage small to mid-scale projects.
• Partner with IT in design and development of system interfaces to support interoperability.
• Perform testing to ensure development meets requirements and drive test scripts.
• Maintain expertise on new Workday functionality and industry trends.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements based on industry knowledge.
• Improve training and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Implement system changes and conduct user training across systems.
