Thrivent Financial is seeking a Sr. HR Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to executive leaders, translating business goals into talent solutions.

You will drive talent strategy, organizational design, and employee engagement while partnering with COEs to implement programs that build capability and a high-performance culture. You will lead talent reviews, succession planning, and change initiatives across assigned client groups, ensuring compliant, inclusive practices and measurable

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and/or HRBP role.
• Experience in mid-to large organization.
• Strong business and HR acumen; strategic thinking.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EEOC, FLSA and ADA.
• Experience with HRIS and Workday.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary HR contact for senior business leaders and translate business goals into talent strategies.
• Partner with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver HR programs.
• Lead talent reviews and succession planning processes for assigned business units.
• Advise on organizational design for small and large-scale reorganizations.
• Support change initiatives and inclusive culture efforts.
• Drive employee engagement and performance management initiatives.
