Thrivent seeks a Senior HRBP to partner with executives, translating business strategy into talent solutions. You will lead talent planning, organizational design, and succession initiatives to build a high-performing workforce across client groups.

The role focuses on talent acquisition, development, performance, and inclusive culture, driving HR programs with COEs and ensuring compliant, ethical people practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience and/or HRBP role in mid-to large organizations.
• Strong business and HR acumen with strategic planning and execution capability.
• Knowledge of employment law and compliance; experience with organizational design and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for senior leaders; collaborate on talent plans and organizational design.
• Translate business goals into integrated talent strategies supporting growth and engagement.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and development initiatives with COEs.
• Drive change management, inclusive culture, and employee engagement across client groups.
• Provide guidance on performance management, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness.
