The role partners with leaders, HR Business Partners, and enterprise stakeholders to diagnose needs and design practical solutions that boost organizational effectiveness and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex organization effectiveness engagements from intake through sustainment.
• Conduct intake and contracting discussions to clarify business need, outcomes, scope, and success measures.
• Apply organizational assessment and diagnostic practices to identify root causes and interventions.
• Lead organization design and operating model engagements and translate strategy into capabilities.
• Design and facilitate leadership alignment, team clarity, and performance improvements.
• Integrate change practices to strengthen readiness, adoption, and sustainment.
• Support workforce planning by linking business strategy to capability and talent implications.
• Build capability in leaders and HR partners through coaching and frameworks.
• Manage multiple engagements with discipline around scope, milestones, and risks.
• Establish success measures and monitor impact for continuous improvement.
