Ladders is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our client’s leadership team, acting as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and shaping people priorities that align with business goals.

You will partner with executives on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategies to drive growth and agility, improving leadership effectiveness and turning people insights into action.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years as a strategic business partner to executive leaders
• Proven experience leading change management initiatives
• Experience in workforce planning and skill gap analysis
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Ability to translate complex business issues into HR implications
• Established as a trusted advisor to senior leaders

• Drive goal alignment between people priorities and business objectives
