You will leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI tools to deliver accurate insights and scalable reporting, partnering with business leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline is required.
• 8+ years of related experience in data analytics, reporting automation, and process improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience developing dashboards and metrics for business leaders.
• Experience using AI or automation to enhance data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize HR reporting using advanced Excel features and macros.
• Build dashboards and visualizations in Power BI to illustrate trends and insights for leadership.
• Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Document reporting workflows with clear, stepwise procedures and keep them updated.
• Work independently on project-based tasks while managing multiple priorities.
