Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (data analytics, business analytics, data science, MIS, statistics)
• 8+ years of related experience in data analytics, reporting automation, and process improvement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditions)
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI or Excel
• Experience using AI or automation tools to improve data analysis or processes
• Ability to simplify and automate manual reporting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for senior leaders
• Ability to document complex workflows clearly

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing HR reporting and manipulate complex datasets using advanced Excel
• Transform and automate Excel-based reporting processes to simplify workflows
• Leverage AI and automation to reduce manual reporting effort and time
• Develop dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into trends
• Translate data into meaningful visuals using Power BI and Excel
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and sustainability
• Create and maintain clear process documentation of reporting workflows
