Job summary
CAI is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to support complex HR reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. This contract, remote role focuses on transforming manual reporting into automated, efficient processes using Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools.
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of data analytics experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights for business leaders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Data Analytics or MIS.
- 8+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, and process improvement.
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data manipulation.
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI and data visualization tools.
- Experience using AI or automation tools to improve reporting processes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR reporting, analyze complex datasets, and format data for leadership.
- Develop dashboards and metrics to reveal trends and key insights.
- Automate reporting workflows and improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Document workflows and ensure processes are standardized and sustainable.
- Work independently on project-based assignments with multiple priorities.
