Job summary
CAI is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to advance complex HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, and reporting automation. This contract, remote position focuses on transforming manual processes with advanced Excel, Power BI, AI, and automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability.
You will build dashboards, translate data into insights for business leaders, document workflows, and work independently in a project-based environment while managing multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field
- 8+ years in data analytics, advanced reporting, and process improvement
- Advanced proficiency in Excel: formulas, PivotTables, macros
- Experience building dashboards with Power BI or similar tools
- Experience using AI or automation to improve reporting
- Ability to document processes clearly
Responsibilities
- Maintain HR reporting and analyze complex datasets
- Transform and automate Excel-based reporting processes
- Develop dashboards and metrics for leadership
- Utilize Power BI and other tools to visualize data
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency
- Create and update detailed process documentation
- Work independently in a project-based environment with multiple priorities
