CAI is seeking a motivated Senior HR Data Analyst to advance HR reporting, data analytics, and dashboard development. The role emphasizes transforming manual reporting processes with advanced Excel, Power BI, AI and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

This contract, remote position focuses on delivering scalable, automated solutions across the organization while managing multiple priorities and maintaining rigorous data governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 8+ years of analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with heavy data manipulation, formulas, and macros.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Power BI.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve reporting efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain HR reporting, analyze complex datasets, and prepare insights.
