Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to elevate HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, and automation initiatives. You will transform manual processes using Excel, Power BI, AI, and automation tools to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability in a project-based, remote role.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems/MIS, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline.
8+ years of related professional experience in data analytics, advanced reporting, reporting automation, and process improvement.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, data manipulation, and tools used to analyze and automate complex reporting.

Responsibilities

Maintain and transform complex HR reporting datasets with Excel; create and optimize dashboards.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to highlight trends and insights for leadership.
Leverage Power BI and automation tools to increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual reporting processes.
Document reporting workflows with clear step-by-step procedures and maintain updated documentation.
Work independently in a project-based environment, managing multiple priorities.
