Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Data Science, MIS, Statistics, or related field
• 8+ years of related professional experience in data analytics, advanced reporting, reporting automation, and process improvement
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, data manipulation, and tools used to analyze and automate complex reporting
• Experience developing dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools
• Experience utilizing AI, automation tools, or other emerging technologies to improve data analysis, reporting, or business processes
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual reporting processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Experience working with complex datasets and reporting processes
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to document processes clearly and develop step-by-step instructions
• Ability to work independently in a project-based environment

Responsibilities

• Maintain existing HR reporting and analyze, manipulate, and format complex datasets using advanced Microsoft Excel functionality
• Transform and optimize complex Excel-based reporting processes by automating workflows
• Utilize AI, automation tools, and emerging technologies to reduce manual reporting effort and time
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and data visualizations for leadership insights
• Translate complex data into meaningful information using Power BI and Excel
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of reporting
• Create and maintain clear process documentation of reporting workflows
• Update documentation as processes are optimized and automated
