Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner for the pharmacy field organization. You will shape people strategies, drive leadership capability, and foster a high-performing culture while leading HR Operations and partnering with Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

The role emphasizes ownership, integrity, and a bias toward action in a fast-growing environment with remote-first operations and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with multi-site operations and hourly workforce.
• Experience coaching leaders through complex employee relations and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner for a geographically dispersed pharmacy organization.
• Lead HR Operations and coordinate with Talent Acquisition and L&D.
• Oversee performance management, benefits, HR systems, and lifecycle processes.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate HR programs.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, Legal and business leaders to support needs.
• Use data and feedback to measure effectiveness and drive improvements.
