Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a 340B Program Manager to oversee the 340B program administration for assigned Covered Entities, ensuring HRSA guidance compliance, managing audits, and maintaining comprehensive program documentation in a fast-paced remote environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills to juggle multiple client accounts, collaboration with pharmacy operations, finance, TPAs, and manufacturers to optimize compliant savings for affected communities.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including HRSA guidance, compliance requirements, and program operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex compliance workstreams simultaneously, with high accuracy and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret program data, identify trends, and surface actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both frontline pharmacy staff and executive-level stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain audit-ready documentation standards.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs to ensure compliance with HRSA guidance and applicable federal and state regulations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and compliance resource for assigned Covered Entities regarding 340B program operations, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews, internal audits, account monitoring, reconciliations, and operational assessments to identify potential risks or compliance concerns.
