Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the customer relationship and drive value realization across a remote-ready health-tech platform. The role focuses on delivering measurable outcomes, maintaining strong executive engagement, and identifying expansion opportunities.

You will manage a portfolio, develop success plans, and partner with Sales for growth, with a remote-friendly environment and a path toward high impact in healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a selective college or university.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage customer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Deliver quarterly customer outcome scorecards with performance insights and value realized.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to customer objectives and company direction.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on outcomes, risks, and opportunities.
• Monitor customer health indicators and retention strategies to minimize churn.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales on growth motions.
