Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a 340B Program Manager to oversee the 340B Drug Pricing Program for assigned CE clients, ensuring HRSA compliance and robust audit readiness. You will partner with clients and internal teams to manage program operations, data integrity, and policy development in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes organization, analytical skills, and independent management of multiple client accounts, with a remote-first environment and strong emphasis on compliance excellence.

Qualifications

• Deep working knowledge of the 340B Drug Pricing Program and HRSA guidance.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and complex compliance workstreams with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day administration of assigned 340B programs ensuring compliance with HRSA guidance and regulations.
• Serve as primary compliance contact for Covered Entities on 340B operations, audits and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct routine compliance reviews, audits, and account monitoring to identify risks.
• Monitor program activity, data integrity, accumulations, replenishment, and workflows for compliant administration.
• Support 340B ESP submissions and manufacturer inquiry resolution when needed.
• Develop and update SOPs to support compliant 340B operations.
