Job summary

NuvemRx is seeking a Client Operations Lead to partner with Customer Success to deliver measurable outcomes for a portfolio of clients. You will own the day-to-day execution, surface insights, and drive opportunities to optimize 340B programs and elevate client value.

In this role you will guide implementations from kickoff to go-live, coordinate timelines and cross-functional workstreams, and translate client objectives into concrete workflows and improvements to boost operational efficiency

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client implementations from kickoff through go-live
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional coordination
• Ensure consistent execution across client workflows and operational processes
• Identify gaps in execution and drive resolution
• Analyze client data to identify trends, missed opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Partner with Customer Success to monitor engagement, performance, and risk indicators
