Job summary

George Washington University is seeking a Senior HR Associate to join the HR Management & Development team. You will partner with HR Managers and Directors to initiate employee lifecycle and recruitment actions, and collaborate with HR teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role includes recruitment, client-facing support, and HRSD project duties such as equity review and data cleanup. A Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience or a Master’s degree is required, with a comprehensive

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a relevant area of study.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Managers and Directors to intake and initiate employee lifecycle and recruitment actions.
• Partner with other HR teams to execute clean actions and exchange feedback.
• Contribute to continual development and improvement of support resources.
• Process termination tickets submitted in Remedy and send exit survey emails.
• I-9 reports and follow-up, Limited Term/Temp Wage Status updates for HRM / HRD.
• Equity review, data cleanup support, and overpayment process emails.
