Job summary

Reporting to the Director of HR, this position requires collaborating across departments, maintaining accurate position descriptions, and ensuring AA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 3 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with 1 year of experience.
• Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position.
• Equivalent education, training and experience may be substituted for the listed requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide general recruitment support to schools/divisions.
• Review and prepare positions for posting.
• Ensure recruitments are conducted in accordance with AA obligations and maintain robust applicant pools.
• Understand GW's compensation philosophy and review job descriptions and exemption statuses.
• Manage employee relations matters and assist with performance management processes.
