Job summary

George Washington University is seeking a Senior HR Associate in the Human Resource Management and Development (HRMD) group. The role partners with HR Managers/Directors to initiate employee lifecycle and recruitment actions, working with other HR teams to ensure accurate actions and feedback across processes.

The position includes handling client-facing tasks, equity reviews, data cleanup, and overpayment communications, with responsibilities spanning Remedy ticketing, I-9 reporting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1 year of experience or a Master's degree in a relevant area.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Managers/Directors to intake and initiate employee lifecycle and recruitment actions.
• Coordinate with HR teams to execute clean actions and exchange feedback.
• Process termination tickets in Remedy and submit exit surveys.
• Handle I-9 reports and follow-up; update wage status for limited term/temp staff.
• Support data cleanup and equity review; manage overpayment emails.
