Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field plus 1 year of experience, or a Master’s degree.
• Degree requirements may be substituted with an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

• Excellent verbal and/or written communication skills with ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude.
• Ability to understand and execute HR procedures and policies.
• Must be organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and edit work of others.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and track employee life cycle and recruitment actions within a defined portfolio.
• Partner with HR Managers and Directors to obtain the necessary information and context.
• Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to support HR requirements for the portfolio.
• Use and provide feedback on resources, documentation, and technology tools.
• Monitor and adjust work effort in response to metrics to improve action execution.
• Share information with manager and HR teams to inform enhancements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
