Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Analyst, Health System Pharmacy Financial Performance to deliver actionable financial insights across specialty and health system pharmacy operations.

You will partner with Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and 340B to improve reimbursement and margin performance. You will independently determine analytical approaches, develop recommendations, and provide leaders with decision-ready materials to support strategic initiatives and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in financial analysis, healthcare finance, or revenue integrity; FP&A experience valued.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and conducting budget-to-actual, forecast, variance, margin, rate, volume analyses.
• Strong Excel skills for financial analysis, pivots, lookups, complex formulas, data validation, modelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and performance review materials for monthly and periodic health system pharmacy business reviews.
• Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, explain variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Identify drivers affecting revenue, reimbursement, COGS, gross margin, expenses, and net operating income.
• Develop models and scenarios to support annual budgeting, recurring forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and data stories describing occurrence, impact, and recommended actions.
