Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Analyst, Health System Pharmacy Financial Performance to drive financial analyses and insights across specialty and health system pharmacy performance.

The role partners with Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and 340B teams to evaluate reimbursement, purchasing, inventory, and payer data, delivering actionable recommendations to improve margins and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, or related field, required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of financial analysis experience; healthcare/pharmacy finance preferred.
• Proven ability to develop financial models, forecasts, and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and performance reviews for health system pharmacy operations.
• Analyze actual vs budgets/forecasts to explain variances and guide actions.
• Evaluate drivers affecting revenue, reimbursement, COGS, and margins.
• Develop forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, and ROI models.
• Create executive-ready analyses and data narratives for leadership.
