Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Health System Pharmacy Financial Performance to join our team.

The role partners with Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Contracting and Analytics to evaluate complex financial data across pharmacy performance and health system initiatives. You will develop forecasts, analyze reimbursement and margin drivers, and deliver actionable insights to improve profitability and strategic decisions within the specialty pharmacy space.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in a related field.
5+ years of experience with bachelor’s or 3+ with master’s in related analytics.
Experience interpreting financial statements and budgeting/forecasting.
Proven ability to build financial models and executive-level reporting.
Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency; strong communication to leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead financial analyses and performance materials for health system reviews.
Benchmark actuals against budgets/forecasts and explain variances.
Identify drivers of revenue, reimbursement, COGS, margin, and costs.
Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, and ROI models for planning.
Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for leaders.
Prepare executive-ready data stories and dashboards using BI tools.
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and 340B teams.
