Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience with bachelor's degree or 3+ years with master's in financial analysis, healthcare finance, revenue integrity, or related field.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and performing budget-to-actual, forecast, variance, margin, rate, volume, and mix analysis.
• Experience developing financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive-level reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis, PivotTables, lookups, data validation, and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and performance review materials for monthly health system pharmacy reviews.
• Analyze actual vs. budget/forecast to explain variances and guide corrective actions.
• Identify drivers affecting revenue, reimbursement, COGS, gross margin, OPEX, and net income.
• Independently identify financial risks/opportunities and recommend actions to leaders.
• Develop drug-, payer-, clinic-, market-, and therapy-level analyses to explain performance.
• Evaluate reimbursement and negative margin claims to improve margins and reduce losses.
• Assess purchasing, inventory, inflation, price, volume, and therapy-mix impacts on performance.
