Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Health System Pharmacy Financial Performance to join our team. The Sr.

Analyst supports financial analysis and insights for specialty and health system pharmacy performance, working with Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and 340B teams. The role develops forecasts and executive-ready analyses using Excel, Power BI, Qlik, and SQL to improve reimbursement, margin performance, and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field with relevant finance experience.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and performing variance/margin analyses.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and exec-level reporting.
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik) and SQL-based data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and performance reviews for health system pharmacy.
• Analyze actual vs budgets/forecasts and explain variances for leadership.
• Identify drivers of revenue, reimbursement, COGS, and margins.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, and planning assumptions.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and data stories for decision-making.
• Collaborate with Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and 340B teams.
