Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Health System Pharmacy Financial Performance to join our team. The role focuses on financial analysis, reimbursement optimization, and margin improvement for specialty and health system pharmacy initiatives.

The analyst collaborates with Finance, Pharmacy Operations, Contracting, Analytics, and 340B teams to develop forecasts, models, and executive-ready materials that support strategic decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years in financial analysis or healthcare finance; FP&A in pharmacy favored.
• Experience interpreting financial statements and budget-to-actual analyses.
• Advanced Excel for financial modeling and reporting; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analyses and prepare performance reviews for health system pharmacy.
• Analyze variances vs budgets and forecasts; explain drivers and actions.
• Identify drivers affecting revenue, reimbursement, COGS, and margins.
• Develop forecasts, scenario analyses, and executive-level reports.
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for leadership.
