Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking an experienced HCM Sr Implementation Consultant to join our Customer Success Organization. The role focuses on gathering data integration requirements and delivering solutions that meet clients’ data integration needs.

You will support both new employer groups during implementation and existing customers navigating changes that affect data exchange with Benefitfocus. The position is remote; however, candidates must be located within commutable proximity to one of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in a SaaS implementation environment.
• Experience with systems integration and field-level interface design.
• Experience with file transmission processes and integrations with external vendors.
• Strong business application consulting experience with direct client-facing responsibilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and effectively partner with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customer payroll vendors to determine outbound deduction file or API integration requirements.
• Partner with customer HCM system teams to identify inbound demographic file or API integration requirements.
• Extract files and ensure successful, accurate, and timely delivery to vendors.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, integration overviews, training sessions, and implementation project meetings.
• Gather and analyze customer integration requirements and recommend appropriate integration solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into accurate and concise requirements documentation for internal engineering review and development.
• Develop and execute testing plans to validate data integrations.
• Oversee and support component testing and user acceptance testing activities.
