Qualifications

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Experience with leave and disability operational workflows and regulatory considerations.
• Experience supporting system implementations, release testing, or operational readiness activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SOPs, job aids, process maps, and training materials reflecting regulatory requirements and system functionality.
• Draft and distribute huddle notifications, release summaries, and training guides communicating regulatory and procedural changes.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation and IT on development and maintenance of standard claimant communications.
• Support release readiness activities and cross-functional initiatives impacting Leave & Disability operations.
