Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a Health Account Solutions Operations Business Specialist to support data services for the HAS products, including eligibility, plan contributions, and COBRA administration.

You will manage file development, testing, mapping, and ongoing imports while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The role emphasizes data accuracy, issue resolution, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to mentor teammates and contribute to documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year in a health insurance role (CDHP, COBRA or Major Medical).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and file intake/sharing tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage file development, testing and mapping to internal applications.
• Analyze incoming data accuracy and manage daily file imports.
• Communicate and resolve errors and discrepancies with internal/external parties.
• Participate in calls as the file subject matter expert and support knowledge sharing.
• Maintain inventory tracking and sign-offs; manage workload independently.
• Assist with process documentation and mentoring of new team members.
