Job summary

Dayforce is seeking experienced Consultants to guide clients through third-party flat file integration within a Dayforce HCM implementation. You will coordinate with internal experts and stakeholders to ensure successful data transmission for benefits, COBRA, payroll contributions, and HR demographics as go-live approaches.

You will manage multiple files and projects concurrently in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Management consulting.
• Strong client relationship acumen.
• Ability to engage with multiple projects and clients concurrently and manage priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and consulting skills.
• Ability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.
• Ability to relay technical concepts to clients in clear and concise business language.
• Understanding of common Human Capital Management (HCM) business practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting services to clients.
• Translate client requirements into flat file requirements.
• Meet with offshore teams to review mapping documents for file development.
• Manage internal stakeholders (PMs, Sponsors, Service Consultants, Mappers) and external stakeholders (clients, vendors) to deliver export files.
• Identify and communicate risk.
• Analyze export files and research cause of issues to determine action.
• Own end-to-end delivery of export files.
