Job summary

Voya Financial in the United States is seeking a Health Account Solutions Operations Business Specialist to provide data service support for the HAS product suite, including data files for eligibility, plan contributions, premium information, and COBRA administration.

You will handle file setup and testing, process ongoing files, manage errors, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet implementation timelines and service goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a health insurance role (CDHP, COBRA or Major Medical Insurance).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and file intake/sharing tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities to meet service levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage file development, testing and mapping to internal applications.
• Analysis of incoming data accuracy.
• Manages daily file imports; communicates and follows through on resolution of errors and discrepancies.
• Participate in calls with internal and external parties as the file subject matter expert.
• Maintain applicable inventory management tracking and sign offs.
• Independently manage assigned workload.
• Engage in working groups and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Participate in process documentation and knowledge sharing.
• May assist and training or mentoring of new team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
