Job summary

Vanta is seeking a Senior GTM Strategy & Operations Manager to own the day-to-day Top-of-Funnel, territory management, and AE coverage decisions. You will design, implement, and optimize GTM processes, leveraging data and cross-functional collaboration to drive pipeline and seller productivity in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in GTM Strategy & Operations or related field.
• Deep experience with Top-of-Funnel and lead-to-account operations.
• Investigative mindset with ability to connect data, processes and feedback.
• Hands-on operating style, able to execute while shaping strategy.
• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and business judgment with data-driven approach.
• Ability to own complex, ambiguous initiatives end-to-end.
• Excellent cross-functional influence and communication skills.
• Business-partner mindset with stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to alternate between strategic thinking and detailed execution.
• Open to using AI to amplify skills and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day Top-of-Funnel operations, including lead-to-account, territory, and AE coverage decisions.
• Own territory strategy and management to ensure balanced coverage.
• Design and optimize AE coverage and account pairing strategies.
• Lead Top-of-Funnel initiatives to improve pipeline coverage and seller productivity.
• Analyze data, processes, and feedback to identify root causes and improvements.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from problem definition to measurement of results.
• Collaborate with AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership to translate needs into scalable improvements across workflows and tools.
• Partner with Marketing Operations, GTM Systems, Analytics, and other GTM teams to design cross-functional solutions.
• Serve as SME for Upmarket lead-to-account and Top-of-Funnel operations.
• Evolve operating model as the business scales.
