Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior GTM Engineering Analyst to design AI-powered go-to-market workflows and data products that enable faster, smarter decision-making across Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel. You will connect data from multiple systems, automate repetitive tasks, and deliver reliable insights for leaders.

The role reports to the Director, GTM Engineering (Revenue Operations) and emphasizes building scalable AI-driven processes that reduce manual work while improving

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field.
• Experience building AI agents or workflows powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Proficiency with SQL and statistics to distinguish meaningful results from noise.
• Familiarity with Python for automation and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild sales and revenue operations processes to reduce manual work.
• Build and maintain AI agents that prepare call and deal briefs, rank target accounts, and flag deals needing attention.
• Create data tables and scheduled analysis jobs pulling information from Salesforce, Gong, and other GTM systems.
• Produce reports, alerts, and weekly manager briefs for sales leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, Channel, and Revenue Operations to define technical requirements.
• Map GTM processes and opportunities to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, privacy, safeguards; measure adoption and improve workflows.
