Job summary

1Password is seeking a senior Go-To-Market Performance & Strategy leader in the Austin area. You will drive cross-functional programs across GTM priorities, from definition to execution, coordinating with Sales, CX, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will enable AI-driven workflows, establish operating rhythms, and steer executive-level discussions, ensuring clarity and accountability across departments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategic program management or GTM strategy.
• Experience in a channel-led or channel-centric GTM environment.
• Lead cross-functional programs involving senior executives and multiple teams.
• Apply NPI experience from planning through launch and execution.
• Facilitate senior-level discussions and drive clear decisions.
• Use AI, automation, and modern PM tools to improve execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact cross-functional programs from definition to execution across GTM priorities.
• Translate objectives into clear outcomes, work streams, owners, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Drive alignment across Sales, CX, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, People, and Strategy.
• Represent GTM in formal NPI stage-gate processes and coordinate launches.
• Build operating rhythms and program frameworks for visibility into priorities, progress, and risks.
• Manage GTM operating capabilities with ownership, review standards, and governance.
• Create concise executive-ready updates highlighting risks and decisions.
