Job summary

Ruby Labs is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager for our D2C subscription product. You will own the full growth lifecycle, from research to proven results, with ARPU growth as the core objective.

In this role you will design and ship data-driven tests in the post-purchase experience, work closely with engineering, CRO, and analytics, and leverage AI tools to accelerate insight and design. This is a remote independent contractor role with paid national holidays and a flexible contract,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product growth for D2C or consumer products.
• Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics.
• Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
• Proficient in data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the full growth product cycle from research to validated results.
• Design and ship tests in the post-purchase experience.
• Collaborate daily with engineering to ensure tests ship fast.
• Coordinate with CRO and data teams to interpret results.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate concept and prototype work.
