Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager for a core D2C subscription product. You will own the full cycle from research to proven results, focusing on increasing ARPU by delivering high-value post-purchase tests.

You will collaborate with the Head of Growth and leverage AI tooling to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototyping of experiments. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid testing, and cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and data

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products.
• Proven track record of A/B tests or product changes that grew revenue.
• Strong understanding of consumer user journeys and value creation after first purchase.
• Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics to back ideas.

Responsibilities

• Research & competitor insights to identify value gaps and churn drivers.
• Turn insights into a prioritized backlog of product ideas with evidence and impact.
• Grow ARPU by increasing post-purchase value via onboarding and core features.
• Write clear, testable specs and work closely with engineering on fast, reliable tests.
• Coordinate with CRO and data teams to run tests in sequence and interpret results.
