Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager for our core D2C subscription product. You own the post-purchase experience, drive ARPU growth, and lead end-to-end experiments from research to proven results.

You will collaborate with the CRO and data teams, leverage AI tooling, and deliver winning tests that increase product value for each user. Location is flexible within CET proximity; remote-friendly with an international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product growth for D2C/subscription products.
• Proven revenue growth from A/B tests.
• Strong knowledge of user journeys and value delivery.
• Hands-on user research and analytics (Mixpanel or similar).
• Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests.
• Familiar with AI tools to accelerate concept/design.
• Experience with subscription onboarding/engagement.
• Results-driven with data-backed decisions; clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Research & Competitor Insights: Find where users miss value and why they leave, using data, feedback, and competitor analysis.
• Hypothesis Pipeline: Prioritise backlog of ideas backed by evidence and impact.
• Product Value: Grow ARPU by improving onboarding, features, and post-purchase value.
• Specs & Delivery: Write clear specs and work daily with engineering to ship tests.
• Growth Collaboration: Coordinate with CRO and data teams for sequential tests.
• Test Wins: Deliver frequent A/B winners on post-purchase metrics with ARPU emphasis.
