Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own a core D2C subscription product and drive ARPU through high-value post-purchase experiences.

You will lead end-to-end experiments, from research to proven results, collaborating with engineering, data, and marketing. A strong track record in subscription or consumer products and fluency with analytics tools are required.

• Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle from research to proven results for a core D2C subscription product.
• Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering to ship tests quickly.
• Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so tests run in sequence and results are read correctly.
• Identify where users miss value and why they churn through analysis of product data.
• Report to the Head of Growth and contribute to AI-assisted optimization workflows.

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We are looking for a results-driven Senior Growth Product Manager for one of our core D2C subscription products. You will work on a single product and be fully responsible for increasing ARPU through higher product value: delivering winning tests in the post-purchase experience that make the product more valuable for each user.

You will own the full cycle from research to a proven result and report to the Head of Growth, with AI tooling as a core part of your workflow. Find where users miss value and why they leave, using product and historical data, user feedback, and competitor analysis.

Hypothesis Pipeline

• Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so every test ships fast and works as intended.
• Coordinate with the CRO and data teams so product and funnel tests run in sequence and every result is read correctly.
• 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products (web-to-web, web-to-app, mobile apps) or similar markets.
• Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics (Mixpanel or a close equivalent) to build the evidence behind every idea.
• Active daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to accelerate concept, analysis, and prototype work, especially UI/UX design of experiments.
• Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows is a bonus.
• Evidence-led - backs every idea with data, user research, or competitor proof.
