Job summary

Ruby Labs Ltd. is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own a core D2C subscription product. You will drive ARPU uplift by delivering high-impact tests in the post-purchase experience, with full ownership from research to validated outcomes.

You will collaborate with engineering, CRO, and data teams, using Mixpanel analytics and AI tools to inform decisions. You will report to the Head of Growth and lead hypothesis-driven experiments, including onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product growth roles on D2C subscription or consumer products.
• Hands-on user research, competitor analysis, and product analytics.
• Daily use of AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to speed up concept, analysis, and prototype work.
• Experience with subscription onboarding, engagement, or cancellation flows.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product growth cycle from research to validated results.
• Write clear, testable specs and work daily with engineering so tests ship fast and work as intended.
• Coordinate with CRO and data teams to ensure tests run in sequence and results are read correctly.
• Focus on increasing ARPU by delivering high-value post-purchase experiences.
• Report to Head of Growth and drive evidence-based decisions using data and user insights.
