Pearl is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to lead growth methods for Fount and other professional products. You will own strategy, experiments, and performance, partnering with Sales, Product, Analytics, and CS to acquire qualified customers and drive revenue.

You will build a scalable growth operating system, optimize landing pages and forms, and shape how Pearl brings future products to market with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience building B2B growth programs tied to pipeline and revenue.
• Advanced HubSpot experience across automation, CRM workflows, and reporting.
• Ability to work across acquisition, content, conversion, lifecycle and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own growth strategy and performance for Fount and other growth-stage products.
• Plan and operate two-sided demand generation across paid/organic channels.
• Create credible content and case studies to educate independent professionals.
