Job summary

Apartment List’s Data & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Growth & Marketing Analytics to sharpen how we measure and optimize our marketing performance. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who has built real analytical depth in a marketing context.

You’ll work with Marketing, Product, Finance and Growth, owning measurement frameworks and partnering to turn data into action. SQL, experimentation, and strong storytelling are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing or growth analytics at a consumer tech company.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to write efficient queries.
• Experience building dashboards in BI tools (Looker/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Own performance tracking, reporting, and analysis for marketing channels.
• Design and analyze experiments including A/B tests and incrementality.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Contribute to LTV and forecasting models to link spend to revenue.
• Flag measurement gaps and data anomalies, proposing solutions.
• Translate analysis into clear narratives for Growth and Finance.
